There is an incompatibility issues with WP Rocket and Admin Tools which causes users to receive a 403 error when visiting the website.

I have got this a lot and the only way to solve it is to log into my hosting and rename the plugins folder for Admin Tools adding _bak on the end for instance.

See here:

https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/706-resolve-403-forbidden-error

I think the .htaccess file generated by Admin Tools is the problem, I’ve deleted all the caching directives that it includes in case they conflict with those from WP Rocket. I’ll see if this solves it.

See 403 error in photo attached.

Based on the page you linked us to and the Admin Tools documentation there is a simpler solution.

Go to Admin Tools, .htaccess Maker.

Find the "Directories where all files including .php will be accessible" option.

Append the following lines

wp-content
wp-content/cache

Click on Save and Create .htaccess
