Try visiting https://aowidzka.com/wp-login.php first to log into your site. Then try accessing https://aowidzka.com/wp-admin

I am not sure why you'd need to do that. Accessing /wp-admin should redirect you to /wp-login.php. We do not do any handling of that redirection using the initial configuration (I understand you didn't configure Admin Tools, you just happened across this problem right after installation).

i have used your advices from  https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwpwafissues.html . i have tried " Go inside the wp-content/plugins/admintoolswp/app/plugins/waf/admintools directory on your site. You will see a file named main.php. Rename it to main-disable.php" - without possitive result.

i have tried " Second, delete the file wp-content/mu-plugins/admintoolswp.php" - without possitive result.

If you have renamed main.php to main-disable.php and deleted the Admin Tools mu-plugin then your problem is not with Admin Tools since Admin Tools is no longer running on your site. Check your .htaccess file. Maybe there's a redirection there which doesn't work on your site.

You're in a great mood today - but I'm not.- website problem started 1 minute after installing your software. I prefer real help, not making fun of it. What did your program change in the code of my shop - if you ignore me, I will write a complaint to the company's management.

jaroslawowidzki

if I cannot deal with the problem with your software myself, I will hire a Polish IT company and I will send you an invoice for the service

jaroslawowidzki

there is 10 .htaccess files( see screenshot). Which I have to analyze

Do note that I already told you "Check your .htaccess file. Maybe there's a redirection there which doesn't work on your site." Considering that you did exactly that and it worked it is perfectly evident that the problem was not with the plugin but the .htaccess file, as I told you. Being derisive and threatening me to charge me money because you did not want to follow my instructions is UNACCEPTABLE and against our license and the Terms of Service you have agreed to. This is your final warning. If you keep the same tone your account will be terminated without a refund per our Terms of Service.

Do keep in mind that any existing code you may have in your .htaccess will be applied ON TOP of what Admin Tools generates. If, for example, you have already set up a redirection from wp-admin (the folder) to wp-admin/index.php (the file) AND ALSO set up Admin Tools to remove the index.php from URLs (therefore redirecting from wp-admin/index.php the file to wp-admin the folder) you will of course end up with an endless redirection.

When you were setting up Admin Tools using the Quick Setup page you were given three URLs with troubleshooting information. One of these specifically talks about .htaccess issues and tells you that you can renamed .htaccess.admintools back to .htaccess to revert to the previous .htaccess file. You are also instructed to disable all .htacess Maker settings and go through them one at a time to see which one causes a problem on your site. Well, I already told you which one is likely to cause the problem.

Do note that we are not responsible for your failure to follow instructions or read your screen. There is a modicum of common sense and ability to follow written instructions required to use any kind of software, more so for software which works at a low level on your site.

I am closing this ticket and will refuse to answer to any further ticket about the same issue filed by you per our Terms of Service. Learn to be more respectful, especially when you come asking for help with self-inflicted issues when you have already been warned in no uncertain terms that this MAY INDEED HAPPEN.
