As a Joomla guy, I want to use both Akeeba backup core & Admintools Pro (Always included in my basic Joomla web site) on few sites belonging to friends sadly done in WP.

I normally only work with Joomla & I never construct one of my client or friend site with WP — I deliver only the best tool, nothing less.

My question for Akeeba Admin Pro for WP is where I can find the main.php file

In Joomla
plugins > system > admintools > admintools > main.php

Just if I run into problems ?

Chacapamac
Ok I find it, Probably work the same than Joomla
If problems — Rename ?

Location main.php:

—> Root folder > wp-content > plugins > admintoolswp > app > plugins > was > admintools > main.php

Yes, it's a similar concept. You can always follow the troubleshooter if in doubt ;) The link to it is also shown in the Quick Setup page of Admin Tools for WordPress. We tried to keep the interfaces (and features) on par in both Admin Tools for Joomla and WordPress. The idea is that a familiar interface, set of options and process will make it easier for our existing Joomla clients who also do -- or have moved exclusively to -- WordPress development.

As always, this is a beta version. If something's broken, please report it. Now it's the time to fix things, before releasing an RC in November and a stable sometime between mid-December and early January.

Sure, no problems, I’m using Admintools and Backup for ages on Joomla. None of the WP plugin offer anything of same caliber. No surprise here : ).

I’m really happy to be able to use your tools on WP, even if I’m not developing in WP, as I find this system completely substandard for a pro web site. Sadly some of my customer are stock with it.

At least I can provide real firewall and backup system on WP for the few unlucky client & friends that have WP sites — Thanks Akeeba!

I will report to you if I see anything weird on these WP versions.
