Akeeba Backup 3.2.4 (bugfix release) just published. All users suggested to upgrade.
We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Akeeba Backup 3.2.4 bugfix release. This release fixes high priority bugs. All users are advised to upgrade immediately.
Please note that if you are a Professional subscriber, the automatic upgrade code seems to be broken in earlier releases. Please download the new installation ZIP package and install it manually without uninstalling the previous version.
As always, Akeeba Backup Core is available free of charge from our downloads section. You can find its documentation in PDF format for off-line reading in the downloads section, or you can view it on-line. All users are strongly advised to read our Quick Start Guide, available as a PDF file from our downloads section.

What's new?
- Crash on certain sites using MySQLi due to a bug in the database driver.
- LiveUpdate: Wrong URL parameter (downloadid) passed on Pro downloads, instead of the expected dlid parameter
- LiveUpdate: Double authentication string appended to URL, potentially causing download error in the Professional release
- USING BTREE filtering did not work properly
- Uploading to S3 using the default multi-part uploads failed on some servers. Added an option to force single part uploads to work around this issue.
- Notices thrown by the JPA archiver due to uninitialized variables
- Live Update now loads the translation strings when getIcon() is called
