Akeeba Ticket System 3.0.1 Stable

Released on: 2019-03-13 13:10 CDT

What's new?

Rewritten interface using our brand new Akeeba Frontend Framework. The new interface features a flat UI and a color scheme which works great with most third party templates, without having to do too many template overrides.

Use of Blade for all the view templates. Blade is an expressive templating language which does away with the need to escape into PHP all the time. ATS is using our variation of Blade, as introduced in our FOF 3 framework. You can find more about it at https://github.com/akeeba/fof/wiki/Blade-Templates

Administrator module to display ticket stats. If your site is heavy on the use of the Ticket System it's good to know how things are going at a glance. We added a new administrator module to keep track of the ticket statistics, both as graphs and as text. The links in the text stats display deep link into the component so you can manage your tickets much easier.

Bug fixes and minor improvements. Please take a look at the CHANGELOG below.

PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 or 7.3 is required

This version requires PHP 5.6.0 or later including 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. We strongly advise you to use PHP 7.2. Support for PHP 5.6 will be dropped in mid- to late-2019, after Joomla! 4 (with a minimum requirement for PHP 7) will have been released.

Joomla! 3.8 and later versions are supported

This version requires Joomla! 3.8 or 3.9. We strongly recommend running the latest version of Joomla.
