Dropped Joomla! 2.5 support. As previously announced, releases of our software after January 15th, 2015 no longer support Joomla! 2.5. Joomla! 2.5 has been end-of-life since December 31st, 2014. If you are still using it you are advised to urgently update.
Improved frontend features for support staff. An assortment of features which previously required backend access have now been added for all frontend support staff users. Clicking on a username will display a list of all tickets filed by that user. You can filter the tickets of a user or the assigned tickets by support category. The country of origin of a user will be displayed below their username (if you're using Akeeba Subscriptions and have activated the integration plugin).
Improved frontend features for clients. Clients can now filter their filed tickets ("My tickets" view) by category.
